Working exclusively in digital, I've finally found a medium that matches my itchy trigger finger; though I do miss the heady aroma & shrouding silence of a darkroom! Originally from Australia, I lived in London for a decade & traveled extensively around Europe & North America, before falling in love with New Zealand & becoming an honorary Kiwi. I have been involved in several exhibitions, including 2 solo photography shows (in Australia & London). For Gothic Punk, I've found the perfect partner with Ryan Black, a whiz on Photoshop, who understands my style & art ideals seemingly psychically! Together we've produced work of varying styles, all encapsulating the essence of Gothic darkness. In recent years, I have discovered a talent for fiber arts which feels like a re-awakening of past-life skills. My weird & wonderful crocheted creatures may be seen at this year's Gothic Punk. Melbourne's Fringe Festival recently had a sneak preview of one such piece with the Fracture Gallery's exhibition "Totem: Dolls with Souls", which enjoyed record acclaim. This year, I fulfilled a life-long dream to work with glass & have produced some fused glass jewellery specifically for Gothic Punk 2008.
